We can handle all aspects of construction, from materials to installation (full lineup including general and specialty ducts), and our in-house developed fluororesin coating provides high temperature and chemical resistance. We have a strong track record of delivering fluororesin coated pipes and ducts to semiconductor factories. We have obtained FM APROVALS, an international certification, and can provide FM certified products.
- We provide non-flammable ducts and piping that are safe in the event of a fire by using a coating made from the fluororesin ETFE, which has superior heat and chemical resistance compared to conventional FRP (PVC).
- We can also coat flexible piping around semiconductor manufacturing equipment (Etch, CVD, etc.) and have a proven track record of delivery.
- Coating abatement equipment parts extends the life of those parts.
